Who you’re training with
hacked is operated by Taylah grace Russell, ABN 72 266 901 661 (the seller). These terms govern your use of our website, digital fitness programs, planners and member services. You contract with the seller for the service. By continuing to use hacked, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Your purchase and access
Each product page describes the program, planner or guide included in your purchase. After confirmed payment, sign in with the account used at checkout to access your purchased content in the members’ area. Attached downloadable files, where included, are available through your account. Prices are shown in AUD; applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. One-off purchases do not automatically renew; any future subscription will disclose its billing frequency and renewal terms before purchase.
Payments through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our 30-day refund policy applies alongside your statutory rights.
Keep your account yours
Provide accurate account details, keep your login confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content personally. Do not share account access, redistribute or resell content, reverse engineer the service or bypass access restrictions.
Acceptable use and community
Do not use hacked unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, probing or unauthorised scraping. Harassment, hate speech and abusive community content are not allowed. We may remove or restrict content and suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Ownership and your content
The seller retains ownership of hacked’s software, training materials, documentation and branding. You retain rights to your photos, journal entries and other submissions. You give us permission to host and process them only to provide the service, including sharing you choose to enable. Only upload content you have rights to use. Report rights concerns through our contact page; repeated infringement may lead to loss of access.
Training and AI guidance
Fitness content is general education, not medical advice or an individual clinical prescription. Results vary. Seek advice from a qualified health professional before starting if you have an injury, health condition, or are pregnant or postpartum. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. Step challenges are optional training goals, not universal medical requirements.
AI progress insights and exercise alternatives may be inaccurate and do not replace qualified medical or professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to any inputs, checking suggestions and deciding how to use them. You retain your input rights; you may use outputs for your own training, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique. Do not request illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, security bypasses or attempts to evade safeguards. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content or suspend access for misuse. Report problematic outputs or rights-holder complaints through our contact page.
Availability and your legal rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, technical issues or safety concerns may temporarily affect access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties beyond those mandatory guarantees and liability for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Questions or changes
Contact the seller through the contact page for product, access or terms questions. Material changes will be communicated through the website or your account; changes do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases. These terms are governed by Queensland and Australian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live.
